2023-2024 Faith Through Sport will represent participants of the following CYO sports:

Every year CYO honors the youth in our Diocese with the Faith Through Sports Award

Athletes are nominated throughout the year to be recognized for their efforts

The athletes & coaches who have demonstrated the following should be nominated for this prestigious award:

Nominee(s) act positively affected the Catholic Community sports culture and game environment.
Nominee(s) clearly demonstrate sportsmanship. CYO defines a sportsmanship act as behavior exhibited during competition by athletes based on Catholic values, respect, and integrity.
Nominee(s) consistently demonstrated respect for opponents, coaches, officials, and spectators.
Nominee(s) have put other's needs ahead of his or her own.
Nominee(s) have participated in the Catholic Faith outside of participating in CYO.
Nominee(s) showed dedication, passion, and positive actions throughout the season.
Nominee(s) are practicing Roman Catholic
